Payment Information

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider. Choose Endurance does not directly store complete credit card or banking information. Payment providers process that information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

Our website host and service providers may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the website, including:

Choose Endurance is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, mental-health provider, or substance-use treatment provider. Information submitted to Choose Endurance is generally not protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, commonly known as HIPAA.

Do not use our website, forms, community, or coaching services to seek emergency, medical, mental-health, or substance-use treatment. Contact a qualified professional or emergency service when appropriate.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate the business, including:

Framer or other website-hosting providers

Google Forms or other form providers

Stripe or other payment processors

Discord, when you choose to join our community

Email, scheduling, communication, or customer-support providers

Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, or insurers

We do not sell personal information. We do not currently use personal information for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Google Forms, Discord, Stripe, and social-media platforms. When you use a third-party service, that provider’s privacy policy and terms govern its collection and use of your information.

Choose Endurance is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Certain information may be retained or withheld when permitted or required by law.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

Choose Endurance’s website, community, coaching, memberships, and services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
